The Coach
He wasn't always the guy on stage. He was the overweight kid with a liver disease who didn't know what his body was capable of — until education changed everything.
Growing up, Jacob was diagnosed with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease — overweight, undermuscled, and like most people, without any real framework for understanding what his body needed. What turned things around wasn't a program or a quick fix. It was education. Once he understood how movement, nutrition, and recovery actually worked together, everything changed.
He started coaching at 19 and hasn't stopped — not because it's a job, but because watching someone reclaim their health and quality of life never gets old. Over a decade in, it still doesn't feel like work. That's how he knows it's a calling.
Today Jacob competes as a natural professional bodybuilder with the NFF, has placed top 3 in his age group in multiple half marathons and 10Ks, and finished the San Antonio Marathon in the top 7% of 3,427 finishers (236th overall). He builds bodies that aren't just aesthetically pleasing — but athletically capable.
